Description
Instructions for working with slider decals
1. Perform standard preparation of the nail plate: manicure and pedicure procedure.
2. Choose a suitable design, cut the image to shape, and adjust to the width of the nail, keeping in mind that the slider should be slightly narrower (approximately 0.5-1mm, as the slider will need to be well-sealed under the top coat).
3. Apply base coat, cure in a lamp. Next, apply white background gel polish in 1-2 layers, leaving 1mm from the cuticle line and side walls, curing each layer.
4. Apply a thin layer of top coat, cure.
5. Place the slider on a napkin moistened with warm, slightly hot (not cold!) water, for approximately 15-20 seconds. Bring it to the nail, and using a sliding motion, slide the film from the paper backing by 1/3, pressing the film at the base of the cuticle and leaving a gap of 0.5-1mm at the cuticle line, then completely remove the backing. Smooth out the film, gently stretching it to avoid wrinkles. Carefully smooth the film, pushing out any remaining air and water with a soft napkin. Cure the nails with the slider in a lamp.
6. Using a fine-grit nail file, gently remove the film from the free edge of the nail with downward strokes. Treat the nail edge with a lint-free wipe moistened with degreaser.
7. Cover with top coat, thoroughly sealing the tips and edges of the film at the base of the cuticle and side walls in 2 layers, curing each layer of top coat in a lamp. Remove the sticky layer.
