1. Orders from our warehouse are dispatched within 1-3 days. Each item has a delivery time, please pay attention to this.
2. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know that delivery may take longer.
3. The Buyer can read the delivery terms and price list in their online shop account or by clicking on the shopping basket icon on the home page.
4. When purchasing salon equipment/furniture, a representative of www.bstore.eu may contact the Buyer to clarify the method of delivery.
5. Parcels weighing over 31.5 kg or with a volume exceeding 0.095 m3 (dimensions exceeding 39 x 38 x 64 cm) shall be delivered to their destination. The buyer shall ensure that the parcel can be unloaded at the destination address.
6. Please note that by law couriers, drivers are not required to lift/unload loads or help carry goods into a flat weighing more than 30kg. Please make sure that there is a person present during the delivery to help you get the goods to your desired room or location.
7. The condition of the goods MUST be checked on delivery in the presence of the courier! Any irregularities must be recorded. Check the condition of the parcel on receipt of the ordered goods. If you have any comments about the packaging of the goods, the quantity of the goods or you see that the packaging is damaged, crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged, immediately inform the representative of the courier upon delivery, ask the courier for a defect claim form and sign it. Otherwise no claims for damage will be accepted.
8. www.bstore.eu shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods if the Goods have been delivered to the logistics partner in a timely manner, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that www.bstore.eu could not have influenced or foreseen.
