Description
Flex waxes are an excellent combination of synthetic and natural resins with the addition of innovative components.
The waxes have special plasticity, are applied to large surfaces in a very thin and even layer using a spatula (or roller).
Upon hardening, the waxes form a thin film that fixes all hairs (especially when working with the spatula technique) and ensures strong adhesion to the depilatory strip. 100% hair removal on the first attempt without breakage.
Do not leave stickiness on the skin.
Suitable for hair of any coarseness.
Contraindications: acute and chronic skin diseases, varicose veins in the depilation area.
Rules for using warm wax: Cartridge method:
• Heat the wax in an electric heater to t +40 °C.
• Treat the skin in the depilation area with a pre-depilation lotion or foam.
• Without removing the cartridge from the heater, roll the heated wax cartridge over a depilatory strip to ensure the wax is sufficiently heated.
• Apply wax to the treated skin area in the direction of hair growth.
• Apply a depilatory strip, ensuring the end of the strip is in a wax-free area.
• Press the strip firmly against the skin.
• Grasp the free end of the strip and, with a sharp motion, remove the strip against the direction of hair growth, parallel to the skin.
• Repeat the procedure on the next area. Do not apply wax to the same area more than twice.
• After the procedure, be sure to remove any sticky residue and wax using a post-depilation lotion.
Rules for using warm wax: Spatula method:
• Heat the wax in an electric heater to t + 42°С.
• Treat the skin in the depilation area with a pre-depilation lotion or foam.
• Apply a small amount of talc to the skin surface.
• Stirring the wax periodically, monitor its consistency; wax ready for use should not be liquid.
• Take the required amount of wax with a spatula.
• Remove excess wax from the spatula. Caution: wax may drip from the spatula!
• To avoid getting wax on yourself, keep the wax heater near the couch. To carry the wax on the spatula to the depilation area without staining surfaces, hold a depilatory strip under the spatula.
• Apply wax to the treated skin area in the direction of hair growth.
• Using the edge of the spatula, quickly spread the wax over the depilation area, covering a large surface with a thin layer.
• For wax removal rules, refer to the cartridge method: points 5-9.
Common mistakes when depilating with warm waxes:
• incorrect wax application (against hair growth) and incorrect strip removal (in the direction of hair growth);
• tearing the strip perpendicular to the skin — this leads to hematoma formation;
• repeated wax application to the same area leads to damage to the upper epidermal layer.
