Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on bstore.eu, operated by SIA "BSO GROUP" (registration number 44103124095, legal address: Engures iela 1-2, Jūrmala, LV-2016, Latvia; warehouse: Dzelzavas iela 120G, Rīga, LV-1021, Latvia; email: info@bstore.eu; phone: +371 24820328).
1. Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Riga, Latvia (Dzelzavas iela 120G, Rīga, LV-1021) within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Each product page may indicate a specific dispatch or fulfillment time — please check the product description before ordering.
For salon furniture, cosmetology equipment, and other bulky items, a bstore.eu representative may contact you to clarify delivery details prior to dispatch.
Every shipment includes a tracking number, which will be sent to your email address once the order has been dispatched.
2. Carriers
We ship via: FedEx, DPD, GLS, Dachser and other logistics partners depending on the destination and parcel size. The carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Free shipping for orders over €1,500.00.
Delivery times are estimated and count from the dispatch date, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
4. Bulky and Heavy Goods (Over 30 kg)
Salon chairs, backwash units, massage tables, and other bulky goods weighing over 30 kg or with a volume exceeding 0.095 m³ are delivered kerbside (to the entrance of the building or the delivery address). Couriers and drivers are not required to carry goods indoors or lift them upstairs for items weighing over 30 kg.
Please ensure that a person capable of assisting with unloading is present at the delivery address. If additional delivery services are required (indoor delivery, assembly), please contact us at info@bstore.eu before placing your order so that we can arrange it.
If you are a consumer purchasing a bulky item, we will inform you of these delivery terms before your order is finalized, in accordance with EU consumer protection law requirements.
5. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. We remain responsible for the loss or damage of goods during transit until the moment of delivery.
We are not liable for delivery delays in cases where the goods were handed over to the carrier on time, and the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier disruptions, force majeure, incorrect delivery address provided by the customer).
6. Inspection Upon Delivery — Important
You must inspect the condition of the goods upon delivery in the presence of the courier. If the external packaging is visibly damaged, crushed, or wet:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery document before signing;
- Request a damage report (act) from the courier and ensure it is signed;
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging;
- Contact us immediately at info@bstore.eu or by phone at +371 24820328.
Failure to report visible damage at the time of delivery may affect your ability to file a claim with the carrier. However, this does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods — you retain your legal warranty rights regardless of whether external damage was noted upon delivery.
7. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact us at info@bstore.eu within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange a correction at our expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Direct Shipping and Dropshipping
Some items in our store are fulfilled directly by our trusted supplier partners or manufacturers ("Fulfillment Partners"). In these cases:
- Your order is shipped directly from the Fulfillment Partner's warehouse to your delivery address, bypassing our own warehouse;
- The sender's address on the parcel may be the Fulfillment Partner's address (which may differ from SIA "BSO GROUP"'s address) — this is normal and expected;
- You will still receive a tracking number and may receive dispatch notifications from the Fulfillment Partner or their carrier;
- Your sales contract remains with SIA "BSO GROUP" — we are your seller, and all warranty, return, and claim rights are exercised directly with us at info@bstore.eu. Do not contact the Fulfillment Partner directly regarding returns or claims unless explicitly instructed;
- To fulfill your order, we pass your delivery details (name, address, phone, email, and order number) to the Fulfillment Partner. This data transfer is disclosed in our Privacy Policy and is necessary for the performance of your sales contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Direct shipping does not affect delivery times, pricing, or your statutory rights in any way.
8. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for failed delivery or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If delivery fails due to the customer's absence or an incorrect address, additional fees for redelivery may apply.
